About Megan

I started my healing journey in 2015 when I first became a Certified Yoga Teacher. Through teaching yoga, I opened my mind to the powers of yoga therapy and energy work. 

 Yoga taught me about muscle therapies, so I went on to receive my license of Massage Therapy. I provide years of energy healing experience and yoga therapies to my sessions and treatments. 

I am experienced in deep tissue therapies, myofascial release, sports relief therapies, and Reflexology. I also specialize in IASTM, which is a deep muscle therapy technique with the use of stainless steel tools. Enhancing new skills with further education is a priority.
